NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to ORC 3301.0729, there is a limit to the amount of time inwhich schools may engage in test preparation for students;approximately 2% of total instructional hours, with some exceptions.
The school wishes to apply for a waiver in order to provide assistance tothe students who need the additional testing preparation time.
The Board shall hold a Public Hearing on the application for thewaiver, and invites the public to provide commentary and/or opinion.
The Public Hearing is scheduled on the agenda of the regular meetingof the governing authority:Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 12:30 p.m.
